While we take great care in ensuring the quality of our neckties, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines how you can request a return, exchange, or refund in a clear and hassle-free way.

Cancelling Your Order

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still return it. Please note that in this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • The original packaging is intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided.
Items That Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to process returns or refunds for:

  1. Products that are not in their original condition or are damaged due to reasons not caused by us.
  2. Complimentary or promotional items.
  3. Any returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
How to Start a Return

  • Name and email linked to the purchase
  • Reason for return (e.g., defective item, incorrect item, change of mind)
  • Product details (name and quantity)
  • Photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect
  • Once your request is approved, we will share step-by-step return instructions.
Return Shipping Responsibility

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the products are damaged or defective.

Refund Process
  • Once your returned item reaches us, our team will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund request.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If declined, we will provide an explanation for our decision.
If Your Refund Is Delayed

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card provider, as it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
  • Speak with your bank to confirm if any delays are on their end.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items within 30 days of delivery for a different size, color, or style, as long as the returned product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Exchanges are also available for defective products.

Sale and Discounted Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
