1. How much does shipping cost?

We charge a simple flat shipping fee of $5 for all orders shipped within the United States no hidden charges.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive tracking information once your package is on its way.

3. Can I track my shipment?

Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking link so you can check the status of your delivery anytime.

4. What payment methods are available?

We accept payments via PayPal.

5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes, please contact us at contact@cooperbeaute.shop as soon as possible. Once an order is being processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

6. What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

7. How can I return an item?

Simply email contact@cooperbeaute.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

8. My order is missing an item what should I do?

Please contact us immediately at contact@cooperbeaute.shop with your order number and photos of the package received. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

9. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

10. Do you offer custom made products?

At the moment, we do not provide custom or made-to-order items.
